A New Chapter of Japanese Dining Culture in Vienna

With the opening of SHIKI Omakase, Joji Hattori expands his SHIKI universe with another facet: hidden behind the recently opened SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek lies an intimate space that opens a new chapter of Japanese dining culture in Vienna. With only eight seats, the art of omakase unfolds here in its purest form. In the evening, guests can expect a classic arrangement (€298) or an extended luxury version featuring sturgeon caviar and A5 Wagyu from Japan (€448). On Saturday afternoons, a selection from the full menu is served (€198 classic, €348 luxury version). A carefully curated wine list as well as one of Europe’s largest sake selections, with over 60 labels, complete the culinary experience.
