Experience our classic Omakase menu (Sushi Kaiseki): a culinary journey shaped by seasonality, precision, and the philosophy of omakase. Each course is prepared with the utmost care, using only exceptional ingredients.
Upon request, your menu can be accompanied by a carefully curated beverage selection. Alongside a refined selection of sake, we offer an exquisite range of Champagne and wines to complement the culinary experience harmoniously.
For wine lovers, we also offer the opportunity to choose from the extensive wine list of SHIKI Japanese Cuisine. To ensure that your preferred wine can be prepared and brought over from our main restaurant in time, we kindly ask you to let us know your selection before your visit.
Before our summer break from August 2 to 25, we invite you to enjoy the current Omakase experience in its present form until August 1st. From the end of August onwards, a new seasonal chapter begins at SHIKI Omakase.
