Menu & Beverages at SHIKI Omakase

Dear Guests,

We are delighted to welcome you to SHIKI Omakase – a place where the high art of Japanese sushi culture unfolds in its purest form.

Our classic omakase evening menu is priced at €298 per person. In addition, you may choose an extended luxury menu that includes premium products such as Sturgeon caviar and A5 Wagyu. This arrangement is available at a fixed price of €448. Please note that your selection must be communicated in advance so that we can prepare your experience perfectly and serve it without waiting times. A combination of only one of these products (e.g. caviar only or Wagyu only) is not possible.

If desired, your menu can be accompanied by an exclusive selection of beverages. Alongside an optional refined Sake pairing, you will also find a small but carefully curated wine list and a selection of champagnes to complement your culinary experience.
