Shiki Omakase offers a personal sushi experience for just eight guests. The kitchen team determines the sequence of courses, portion sizes, and temperatures—from classic sushi varieties to specialties featuring Wagyu beef and caviar. A selection of around 60 different sake offerings completes the experience.
