New Openings That Shook Up Vienna’s Gastronomy Scene in 2025

SHIKI OMAKASE

With a maximum of eight seats, Shiki Omakase brought the art of Japanese sushi to Vienna at the beginning of December. Chef Joji Hattori prepares every course à la minute — from classic sushi to exclusive ingredients such as sturgeon caviar or A5 Wagyu. The menu is complemented by a selection of around 60 sake labels as well as accompanying wines.
