A New Chapter of Japanese Dining Culture in Vienna<\/strong><\/h1>\n

With the opening of SHIKI Omakase<\/strong>, Joji Hattori expands his SHIKI universe with another facet: hidden behind the recently opened SHIKI Boutique | Sakethek<\/strong> lies an intimate space that opens a new chapter of Japanese dining culture in Vienna. With only eight seats, the art of omakase unfolds here in its purest form. In the evening, guests can expect a classic arrangement (\u20ac298) or an extended luxury version featuring sturgeon caviar and A5 Wagyu from Japan (\u20ac448). On Saturday afternoons, a selection from the full menu is served (\u20ac198 classic, \u20ac348 luxury version). A carefully curated wine list as well as one of Europe\u2019s largest sake selections, with over 60 labels, complete the culinary experience.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
